This combination is ideal for generating the optimum 3-dimensional “undulating” motion for molecular biology applications. The tilt angle isinstantly adjustable from 0 to10° and the mixing speed can be adjusted from 5 to 105 rpm, using the large, user-friendly LCD control panel. Rotating mixer provides wide range of mixing capabilities. Suitable for an array of laboratory applications including resuspension, protein binding, nucleic acid purification, histochemistry, hybridization, etc. The mixer includes interchangeable tube holders that accommodate common tube sizes from 0.5ml to 50ml. Tube holders direction can be adjusted from vertical (end over end) mixing to horizontal (rolling) style mixing.
Chambers can be programmed to maintain ambient +5°C to 60°C and feature “in-lab” calibration function to ensure accurate temperature control. Available with variable speed control and advanced shaking/ mixing modes: Mix (Oscillating), Pause, Rock.
